September – November is the period of olive harvesting. It is an experience to live in the middle of the beautiful Umbrian nature. Harvesting olives by hand, feeling the scent of the future oil, having lunch in the olive grove, observe the olive squeezing process at the mill and taste the oil immediately after.

It is a funny experience to find out about this precious mushroom: from hunting with truffle dogs to the tasting or lunch.

We offer our Guests to visit the most famous Umbrian wineries and to do wine tasting. You can include it in your trekking or bike tour.
